Refund policy

• The product(s) must be returned within 30 days from the shipping date of the purchase.
• The product(s) must be unopened.
• A return label will be provided, which will be deducted from your refund.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply.
• Please contact customer service to initiate the return process by emailing info@bonavit.com.
• You will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #).
• Include a copy of your receipt and the RMA # inside the box and also write the RMA # on the outside of the box.
• Shipping and handling fees for the original order and returns are non-refundable.
• All barcodes on the products must be intact. Products with altered labels in any way are not eligible for return.
• If you receive damaged products or there are discrepancies in your order, you must contact BonaVit™ within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for a return/replacement at info@bonavit.com.
