Shipping Policy

  • There is a charge of $4.95 per item for shipments within the continental United States. There is a $5.00 surcharge for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive the shipping confirmation email.
  • We are not responsible for any delay caused by the postal company.
  • Please note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details in your order, this may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Please review your shipping and billing information carefully before completing your purchase to avoid possible delays.
  • Packages are delivered to the address provided. However, it is up to the delivery courier to decide whether it is safe to leave the package if it is outdoors. If they feel it is unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or schedule another delivery.
  • Please be sure to provide a shipping address where you or someone will be available to accept the package.
  • Packages are delivered Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
