Return policy

  1. The product(s) must be returned within 30 days from the shipping date of the purchase.
  2. The product(s) must be unopened.
  3. You will be provided with a return label, which will be deducted from the refund.
  4. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  5. Please contact customer service to start the return process by sending an email to info@bonavit.com.
  6. You will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
  7. Please include a copy of your receipt and the RMA # inside the box and also place the RMA # outside the box.
  8. Shipping and handling charges for the original order and returns are non-refundable.
  9. All barcodes on products must be intact. Products with labels that have been altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
  10. If you receive damaged products or there are discrepancies in the order you must contact BonaVit™ within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for return/replacement at info@bonavit.com.
